Photos with the bride’s veil blowing in the wind are always beautiful, but Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate and magically swoop it up into the breeze. We aren’t into a lot of fancy photoshop tricks after the fact, so we keep it simple and make it work in camera so we can keep the post-processing to a minimum.
So, here’s a sneak peek into the high-tech process to make the magic happen. ;)
Step 1: have great assistant
Normally it’s Jen or I doing the veil tossing, but I am beyond lucky to have another sis-in-law who is also a talented photographer and a veil thrower extraordinaire (you can check out her work here: Bee Natural Photography)
Step 2: throw veil
Step 3: dive
Et voila! That’s it. :)
